Description

Education:
Bachelor Degree, prefer Bachelor of Economics
Experience:
 Excellent experience in business developing and sales
 1-2years strong track record of business-to-business sales at a corporate level
 Handling Project bidding and management.
 Experience in Express / Logistic/ Forwarding industry
 Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
 Proven Sales performance records
 Need to have strong research and strategic analysis skills.
Required Skills:
 Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and
market trend information.
 Excellent oral and written communication skills
 Good time Management skills
 Computer Skills: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power Point, Email, Internet
Special Skills:
– Stress management

Responsibilities

 Identify potential Key new customers through various media platforms such as publishing, advertising, electronic media, and others and turn this into increased business.
 Generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales.
 Manage accounts and exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition.
 Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers, opportunities and submission of tender and contract documents.
 Bid management processing and manage order levels maintaining the CRM database
 Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities
 Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner
 Understand a prospect’s business needs and work with the expert teams to develop a customize solutions to meet customer requirements.
 Apply Companywide project management standards in preparing bids and contracts, responding to customer needs and managing the sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign off.
 Undertake regular project reviews with all involved in these processes to ensure transfer of knowledge
 Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity
Working Relationships
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values. Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
